A special message to our local Media
The end of cheap oil and the climate crisis are pushing humanity to change its ways. We are going to have to act more locally and we need you to connect us. Thank you so much for the great reporting last weekend. Sudbury's media coverage of the events is one of the many reasons I am confident that our community is going to be one of the communities that lead us the world out of the climate crisis.

Petition: for those of you who are concerned about losing even more local media support - I have a petition in my office asking the CRTC to create a sustainable system that supports our local TV. Please come to room F531 if you want to sign the petition. If you see me on campus today, I have the petition on me.

Finally, the volunteers:
- Stacy Gvozdanovic and Kenneth Saunders for going on the Sustainability Joy Ride on October 17 with us. We almost did not have one until you both agreed to join us. The 26 km bike ride around Lake Ramsey is so amazing.
